How do I get Free Shipping?

If you live in the UK and spend over £150, you will automatically receive Free Shipping at the checkout, there is no need to enter a code.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes we do! At check-out you will be able to select your country (additional shipping costs apply).

Where is my Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order is entered and also when your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at store@printwearco.com

What are the last recommended posting dates for Christmas?

To make sure you get your orders in time for Christmas, below are listed the last recommended Royal Mail posting dates:

Australia: 8th December
USA & Canada: 12th December
Europe: 12th December
UK: 18th December

How long should my order take to arrive?

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail (unless otherwise agreed), delivery aims are listed below;

UK Addresses: 1-2 Business Days.
Within the European Union: 3-5 Business Days.
Outside the European Union: 5-7 Business Days. (On occasion please allow up to 10 Business Days to allow for possible customs delays.) Items are not sent by Recorded Delivery, if you would like to have your Items shipped via Recorded/Tracked delivery please let us know and we can give you a price for shipping.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

If you are placing your order before 11am (weekdays only) and wish to pay for Next Day Delivery, please choose the ‘Next Day Before 1pm’ at checkout.

Orders placed after 11am weekdays will be shipped the Next Day Business Day.

What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?

1. Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help. If you would like to Return/Exchange your item, items can be returned within 14 days after the reception of goods. The return postage for any Refunds or Exchanges is at the Buyers Cost.

Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to offer Refunds or Exchanges on Tees that have been customised.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on Sale/Clearance Items.

Returned goods must be in a condition corresponding to that of normal handling for the purpose of checking the goods – such as would be normal when trying on the goods in a shop.

2. Right of Revocation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel/revoke an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You can cancel an online order in writing, or by email to store@printwearco.com

Should you revoke this contract, we will immediately return all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs which may be due to you having chosen a different type of delivery than the low cost standard delivery offered by us) and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the notice of your revocation of this contract or the returned goods were received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original payment transaction. On no account will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We shall be entitled to withhold payment of the refund until we have taken return receipt of the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items. You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract.

Discount Code Terms & Conditions

  • All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. The offer code must be entered in to the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
  • Discounts cannot be used for Custom/Bespoke orders.
  • Items already reduced in price, displaying a ‘Sale’ price are also excluded from voucher offers, unless otherwise stated.
  • Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
